Asphalt Paving.
Asphalt is the toughest, longest-lasting surface you can put down, but only when the base under it is built right. W&W pours hot-mix driveways, parking lots, and private roads across south central Pennsylvania, built to hold up through every York County winter.
What happens on paving day
Our crew shows up early. You'll know the window the day before. Our trucks bring the hot mix, the paver lays it down across the prepped base, and the rollers compact it tight before it cools. You can walk on it that evening. By the next day or two you're parking on it. The same W&W crew that quoted the job is the crew running the machine.
Why ours holds up
Most paving jobs fail because the ground underneath was never built right. We grade and compact the base, pitch it so water sheds the way it should, and only then lay the mat. That's the difference between asphalt that cracks in five years and asphalt still smooth at twenty. The black on top is the last step, not the whole job.
What it costs and how long it takes
A residential driveway is usually a one-day pour. A small commercial lot runs one or two days. Bigger lots and roadways take longer, and we sequence them around your hours. Price depends on square footage, asphalt depth, and the condition of the ground underneath. We come out, measure it, and hand you a written quote on the spot. The visit is free, no obligation.

The Rest Of What We Do
Most jobs need more than one service. A new driveway plus a sealcoat, a lot repaved and re-striped, millings on the long lane and hot-mix at the apron. Here's the rest of the menu.
Driveway Paving
Tear out a tired driveway and lay a fresh one, or overlay a sound base. An honest assessment of whether yours needs an overlay, a full rebuild, or just maintenance.

Asphalt Millings Installation
Recycled asphalt millings spread, graded, and compacted into a tough, dark surface that locks up hard. Lower cost than hot-mix, far better than gravel. Long driveways, farm lanes, equipment yards.

Asphalt Sealcoating
A fresh sealcoat every two to four years blocks UV and water. Hot-pour rubberized crack fill stops seams before they grow into potholes. Cheap insurance on the pavement you already have.

Parking Lot Sealcoating
Commercial parking lot sealcoated and re-striped on a cycle. Protects the much bigger asphalt investment underneath and keeps the lot looking cared-for to every customer who pulls in.
