Most commercial paving work isn't a from-scratch install, it's the lot that's been there for years and started to fail. We assess what your surface actually needs, repave or overlay it, and sequence the work around your hours so the doors stay open.
Overlay, mill-and-pave, or full replacement
A lot with a sound base and a tired top can get a fresh overlay: an asphalt mat right over the existing surface, for a fraction of a teardown. If the surface is rough but the base is intact, mill-and-pave grinds off the top inch or two and lays fresh asphalt back over. If the base has failed, we remove and rebuild. We tell you which is yours and quote it straight.
Scheduled around your business
You don't have to shut down to get a lot repaved. We sequence the work in phases, pour overnight or on weekends where it makes sense, and keep an entrance and a row open so customers and staff never lose access. The goal is a finished lot with the least possible disruption to your operations.
ADA refresh and re-stripe
A repave is the right time to update the layout. We re-check ADA spaces and aisles against current code, refresh fire lanes and directional arrows, and re-stripe the whole lot in fresh paint. A new surface looks new, and the new layout reads as cared-for to every customer who pulls in.
